Overtime is voluntary and only allowed for urgent or exceptional work. It must be approved by the MLVT. Total hours (normal + overtime) must not exceed 10 hours per day.
While the Labour Law states employees are entitled to sick leave, specific pay structures during sick leave are typically governed by internal company regulations or collective bargaining agreements approved by the MLVT.
