| Symptom | Probable Cause | Offline Solution | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | "Invalid Computer ID" | The Computer ID was generated with a different user account (Admin vs. Standard) | Regenerate from the same account that will use LabVIEW. | | "Serial number already in use" | The perpetual license was activated online elsewhere | You must deactivate the remote machine via NI’s website.
