The Shockwave suite installs new .fx files into the main FSX Effects folder.

Why "Redux"? Because the original Shockwave lights were heavy on frames. The Redux version is the optimized, polished iteration. It offers a significant FPS improvement over the original releases, meaning you can run a complex aircraft like the PMDG 737 or Aerosoft Airbus and have these lights running without melting your CPU. It is stable, it is clean, and the installer handles the messy file replacement for you.
