The project was a true labor of love. They filmed during the summer of 2018, gathering interviews and footage, including that of "Brother Jacques," the doyen of the naturist domain. To fund the film, they launched a crowdfunding campaign, raising over 10,500 euros from about 130 contributors who are all credited in the film. This approach kept the project free from the constraints of a traditional production company.
