Check that the dust cup and all attachments are correctly locked into place, as a safety feature may prevent operation if not properly assembled. | | Loss of suction power | Dust cup is full, filters are clogged, or the brush roller is blocked by hair. | Empty the dust cup. Clean the HEPA filter, metal filter, and cyclone. Check the floor brush for hair and debris wrapped around the roller and remove them. | | Battery runs out quickly | Normal battery degradation or using Max mode constantly. | All lithium-ion batteries lose capacity over time. Try using Eco mode more often for general cleaning. If the battery life is very short and the vacuum is old, it may need replacement. | | Unusual noise from motor | A blockage in the wind pipe, floor brush, or main inlet. | Turn off the vacuum immediately. Detach all accessories and check each part for a clog. Remove any obstruction before restarting. | | Vacuum won't charge | Loose connection, faulty charger, or issue with the port. | Check the wall outlet is working.
