This paper examines the contemporary phenomenon of the jilbab (Indonesian-style headscarf) not merely as a religious obligation, but as a central aesthetic and narrative device in entertainment media. Moving beyond traditional news or da'wah (preaching) content, we analyze how popular media—including YouTube vlogs, TikTok fashion shows, and streaming series—have commodified the jilbab into a lifestyle accessory.
